What contractors ask us
Where do the leads come from?
Building permits are public records. We pull them every morning from Miami-Dade County, the City of Miami and the Broward cities of Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Hallandale Beach, Miramar, Oakland Park, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Pompano Beach, Sunrise and Tamarac, then match each property to its owner and mailing address through the county property appraisers.
How fresh are they?
New leads go out every morning. The counties and cities post permits within a day or two of approval, so most leads are under a week old when you get them.
Will I get the same house twice?
No. Once a house is in your email, it doesn't come back, even if the owner pulls another permit later.
Do other companies get the same leads?
On Starter (up to 5 ZIP codes) and Pro (up to 10), other companies in your trade may get leads in the same ZIP codes. Exclusive gives you up to 5 ZIP codes that no other company in your trade gets: one company per trade in each ZIP code.
What do the letters say?
Each letter talks about that homeowner's own project, carries your company name, phone and license number, and has a tracking code. You approve the wording before anything is mailed.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel anytime by email or phone.
